Technological development in solid-state chemistry, nanotechnology, and new materials is advancing at an accelerated pace, studies of methods to generate thin films conductive semiconductor are great interest, however, current tend be very expensive inaccessible developing countries. The present work seeks viable economical alternatives for teaching laboratories investigate chemical deposition processes aqueous solutions produce layers interest chemistry materials. metals studied were copper, cobalt and, nickel different types salts reducing agents, hydrazine hydrochloride, phenylhydrazine sodium borohydride. main results show that it possible use cheaper chemicals study depositions solution, a alternative laboratories.
